Dr. Thoms has been a teacher his entire career, even when he was working full-time in churches. He is a natural teacher, and loves to help his students reach their potential and strive for more. He has taught high school, college and university choirs, music courses, voice lessons, and conducting lessons. Dr. Thoms is an advocate for creating inclusive classrooms, which teach about the importance of respect, diversity, culture, and equity.
